Zemeno, you bring up a VERY good point, because soliciting venture capital money constitutes "selling a security" and thus comes under the regulation of state securities laws and possibly in this case also the federal SEC. Even though the securities aren't being publicly traded yet, they're still securities (equity in the company for cash investment.) However, first we don't know exactly what they're telling prospective VCs in their business plan. Second, there's reason to believe that since this abstract, BioAmide has changed course and is now working on growing follicles OUTSIDE the patient's body, or some other process that sort of combines the two concepts. I don't think this abstract reflects their CURRENT work. They may have presented this research at the Swiss TE conference only because of a previous committment to do so.
