First of all, you have understand for hair loss their is no "magic" treatment. If you want to see positive results you have to do what it takes to get them. Not too many of the people who post on this site are willing to do shit besides whine and bitch. If you truly have MPB you have to change the way live! You have exercise...high intensity cardio is the best. You have eat A LOT differently. Finally, you have to combine natural and medicinal treatments. I am a success story. I am not even at a norwood 1! My hair has only a little bit to go to be where it was when I was 16 and I am 20 right now. But lets get a couple things in place here. The older you get(or the longer you have had hair loss) the harder it is rectify it. Second, You have to be your own consultant because, just as darwin stated over 150 years ago, everyone is an individual. This, of course, means no one person is going to respond the same to the same treatment. Third, Question everything with an open mind! It's difficult to discern what is really going help and what is bullshit. A lot of treatment options that I use the people on this post would shun as being superstition but guess what...I don't care cause I am getting postitive results. They on the other hand are not. I guess we see who gets the last laugh. Finally, science is the definitive answer but "CORPORATION SCIENCE" is NOT I repeat NOT the answer. All of these companies want one thing from you. MONEY! So if exercising or eating right does help balding as I know it does 1) do you think they would tell you and 2) do they stand to gain anything from you knowing this information? The answer to both is invaribly NO!! Well I hope all this has helped. I am out like a fat girl in dodge ball. Peace!
