Here is my point, pure and simple:
The "tying" of a hair transplant -- which DOES NOT CURE BALDNESS -- to the status of being "first in line" for HM is questionably ethical.
"Here is a treatment that does not cure baldness. You may not want it, you may want to wait for the cure... but wait! If you buy this treatment you don't really want, you'll be first in line for the treatment that *does* cure your problem -- that's what you really want."
Now, are you arguing that a Gho transplant is higher quality than Gho HM?
Can you *prove* that HM is LESS in quality than a Gho HT? If so, post the proof.
Etc, etc, ad infinitum.
Stick to the original issue, instead of trying to cloud it up with side issues.
