Come ooooooooooooon. he's not asking anyone to sign up for HT if they want HM. He's saying those signed up for HT will get first treatements. why you ask? Because he's going to phase into an all HM clinic, so he starts with those still waiting for HM. It's not a reward. It's fair. They signed on for HT only to get hair back. Now there's something better, so he makes that available to them before anyone else. Primarily because they are on his schedule first so they SHOULD get first dibs.
You're just getting the impression that people are being asked to sign up to get first dibs by him because someone on here mentioned the notion of signing himself up for the HT so he could get first dibs too.
