If it causes so much impact on a portion of the population and very little in another, it CAN be used in designating a disease. There IS a difference, both GENETIC and in terms of psychological devastation, between PREMATURE MPB and standard MPB. There IS a difference. Genetic prppensy is insanely high in one population, and normal in the other. It's the ABNORMALITY of PREMATURE MPB that makes it a disease.
