Just because a condition has a larger impact on a certain population doesn't make it a disease. It is only because the beliefs in that population differ from the rest. that doesn't make it a disease. And it's not premature because it begins for all after puberty, when testosterone begins to flood the system. At that time, the point at which it starts is random.
