Remember, I have two separate predictions, or rather one assertion and one prediction.

The ASSERTION (backed up by what Dr. Gho has told Lee, AIO's dermatologist, Farrel, and others) is that he believes he can introduce HM at his clinic for paying patients within 2 years. This doesn't mean that Gho's HM will become available, say, worldwide or in the US within 2 years (or 2 years from the time he first said that.)

My PREDICTION is that, regardless of what Dr. Gho does (whether he releases HM or not within his stated time frame), SOMEONE will begin treating paying patients with cell therapy (or some HM like procedure) within 2 years, or as you said, "1.67 years" -- whatever that means. I prefer to say, by the Spring of 2004.
