"We've been getting feedback from some recent users of the hair serum. Some finds it fine leaving the serum on their scalp overnight, others have experienced itchiness. So you see, it depends very much on the individual, how fast their scalp turns oily after washing, etc. The lotion as it is may be too strong/potent for some (especially the ladies), while it is the right strength for others. Some with hair will need a slightly different modification in the application, while those suffering from complete baldness will find the recommended instructions just right for them.
Then there is also the lifestyle of the individual to consider, in order to make it convenient for the user...
So, depending on what the (potential) user tells us abt their conditions, our tailored recommendations to them vary. We emphasise on washing it off cos, for those who are v reactive to the potency of the serum or have v oily scalp, using too much of the serum and leaving it overnight confers adverse effects (rashes in the form of "goose pimple"-like bumps). Just imagine, oily scalp plus more cream on it...
And don't assume that when we mention a clean scalp, others understood it to be one that has just been washed. Some would consider their scalp clean if they bathe before bed time, and apply the serum only in the morning when they wake, so they can wash it off after their morning bath... You won't believe the interpretations we've heard... but it is v difficult to specify all the variations on our product insert...
So we encourage feedback in order to advise them on a personalised basis, how best to use the serum for themselves."
