REGIMEN
On rising-- Vitamins Avodart .5 MG Green tea extract 300 MG Grapeseed 50 MG Minoxidil 1 ML spread over vertex front and temples
Mid day-- Vitamins Green tea 300 MG Grapeseed 50 MG Saw Palmetto 360 MG
Late Afternoon Minoxidil 1 ML
Evening .5 Avodart every other day
Night Minoxidil 1 ML Saw Palmetto 360 MG Valerian 400 MG or Melatonin 3 to 6 MG
RESULTS Temples-- About half a dozen new small emerging hairs high up in temples since starting dut. Maybe carryover from Proscar therapy.
Frontal-- Some noticable darkening beneath the skin along and just north of the hairline that I think is new follicle revival.
Vertex Starting to feel stronger and more filled in. No visible scalp at crown. I had a lot scalp visible through thin spots six months ago, when I started Propecia/Proscar
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Things I've noticed-- Whatever their cause
Slightly Less muscle tone, muscle mass and grip strength
Tendency towards muscle cramping in feet and hands.
Slight nausea 5 to ten minutes after taking Avodart, maybe from something else in pill. Effect is lessening with time, as I get used to it maybe.
Slight gastro-intestinal disturbance, flatulence, for 1 to 2 hours after Avodart.
Smell-- On finasteride (1 mg in morning and 1 mg in evening), I had almost no characterisitc smell, like when I was 7 again. On Dut, my smell is also diminished but returns after ten hours.
No other significant or noticable side effects so far.
