The following is the progress report for patient Hape who was the world's first officially documented case of hairline reconstruction surgery using 25 gauge needle. This patient was a classic norwood 3 with receding on both temples. In order to create the most natural hairline with the appropriate amount of density for this patient, mostly 1-2 hairs grafts were transplanted to the receding areas using a combination of 25 gauge and 23 gauge needles. The patient had a total of two consecutive sessions with each session lasting well over 12 hours.
